A choice of any 4 of our delicious homemade salads. For example:

• Green leaf salad: Radicchio, Oak leaf, Cos and Lolo Rosso, tomatoes and diced cucumbers (VG) (V) (GF) served with homemade honey and mustard dressing (V) (GF)
• Hot new-season potatoes (V) (VG) (GF), with melted herb butter (V) (GF)
• Potato salad: Roasted red onions and chives, bound with a creamy grain mustard mayonnaise (V) (GF) (with chorizo - optional)
• Mixed bean salad: With yellow and cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, capers and chopped parsley (VG) (V) (GF) (with a Caesar dressing) (V) (GF)
• Pasta salad:  Pesto, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion and sliced peppers (pepperoni/chorizo optional) (V) (VG)

Staff to serve and clear crockery

China crockery and cutlery can be hired @ £1.75 pp per course, £30 delivery the day before and picked up the day after
