The Haggett Heritage

Dave has had 40 years' experience in the butcher's trade and has won over 250 awards for excellence. He began hog-roasting more than 35 years ago and has also designed his own spit-roast machines. With these skills, you can be sure that your hog will be prepared, cooked and carved to perfection.

Unlike standard catering, we use only top-quality, locally reared, fully traceable meats butchered the traditional way. All sausages and burgers are made by Dave personally. Our meat is free-range and is professionally carved by qualified butchers who have years of experience.
