Are your hogs free range?

Yes. All our hogs are free range and sourced from trusted local suppliers. We take great pride in the quality and welfare of our meat.

Do you cater for vegetarian/special diets?

Yes, of course. We offer superb vegetarian options and can cater for other dietary requirements (such as Gluten Free) at no extra cost. Just let us know your requirements when booking.

We are having a marquee in a field. Can you cater for this?

Yes, most certainly. We have our own generator and lights, so we are fully self-sufficient even in remote locations.

How do you serve the hog?

We will serve the hog any way you wish. Typically, we slice the meat straight onto your guests plates at the buffet station. Alternatively, we can offer a Family Service where we carve onto platters for guests to serve themselves at their tables.

Can you supply cutlery and crockery?

Yes. Our standard service often includes high-quality biodegradable disposables, but we can supply China Crockery and Stainless Steel Cutlery if you prefer a more formal setting.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. All costs are clearly set out in the written confirmation we will send you. There is also no VAT to add to any of our prices.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day?

No problem! We have our own gazebos and professional lighting. If the weather is really bad, we can bring the hog inside the venue to carve and serve (depending on venue rules), or simply cook under our shelter and serve to your guests.
