    • Winter months: roast potatoes and a choice of seasonal vegetables
    • Summer months: Green leaf salad, includes: Radicchio, Oak Leaf, Cos and Lolo Rosso, served with homemade honey and mustard dressing
    • Potato salad, roasted red onions, chives bound with a creamy mustard mayonnaise (with chorizo optional)
    • Hot new-season potatoes with melted herb butter
    • Asian style salad, sliced mange tout, red onion, bean sprouts, shredded carrots with sweet chilli and seasame dressing
    • Ruby coleslaw
    • Mixed bean salad with berlotti beans, cannellini beans, grean beans, cherry tomatoes with a honey and mustard dressing
